10/10 Mini beach getaway

My daughters and I had the best getaway at Sandyland Studio for Spring Break! Michael made us feel so welcome with a hand written personalized note, which was so thoughtful! Pictures don’t do justice of how lovely and aesthetically pleasing this studio really is, gave all the beach vibes with it’s Carpinteria decor throughout the home. So clean and cozy! The location is just perfect and safe with kids, with just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, park and food locations. Michael’s local food recommendations was super helpful, we tried the brewery and The worker bee cafe-soo good! We were also able to take advantage of the community (heated) pool-the kids really enjoyed it! Sadly, our trip was not long enough! We tried to stay another night but because it was a busy time(Spring Break) it was not available but we are hoping to come back to Sandyland Studio this summer for more adventures! Next time we’ll take advantage of the fully loaded beach cart-soo convenient!

Clean and cozy stay. Everything was as described. I believe there was an error through the 3rd party (Expedia) in communicating the entry code promptly but once I communicated with the host, it was given to me. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Very peaceful and quiet beach.

Carpinteria Beach Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sandyland Beach Studio! We had trouble with the keypad at check in, but Michael was extremely responsive and had the issue remedied within minutes. The unit itself was exactly as pictured, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, plus plenty of extras. Our kids loved the board games and beach toys! The location is great - just around the corner from the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants downtown. Would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

Carpinteria is know as the "World's Safest Beach". It's an amazing small town with a relaxed chill vibe. Our condo is in the most perfect spot right across the street from beach access dubbed "Elm Street Lounge" and short walking distance to Linden Ave with all of the boutiques, antique stores, breweries and other delicious restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our property is newly renovated and has a private patio that faces the beach. Our property has a heated pool onsite and we provide a fully packed "beach cart" to enjoy your days on the "World's Safest Beach". The beach across the street is the perfect location to enjoy the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen!
