Tucked away in the Village of Surry, Spring Oaks offers a serene getaway for guests, surrounded by the beauty of nature. From the comfort of your private retreat, you'll enjoy easy access to a wide variety of landmarks and hidden gems in Downeast Maine.

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath house that backs up to Blue Hill Heritage Trust Land. You can enjoy walking, jogging, or biking right from your backyard.

For families desiring a convenient but tranquil base for exploring Acadia National Park, this property is ideal, located 25 miles from the national park entrance. Spring Oaks also offers easy access to shopping and dining in Blue Hill and Ellsworth. In Surry, you'll find a popular ice cream spot and a lobster shack just a couple of miles away.

The house features a downstairs master bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and 2 twin trundle beds. Linens and towels are supplied. Perfect for a relaxing stay for two couples or the whole family!

The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, plus a separate dining room with seating for 8. The kitchen is well-equipped for your vacation cooking adventures. Or head to Perry’s Lobster Shack in Surry, where you can pick up lobster to cook in, or eat on the dock lobster fresh off the boat.

For morning, there is a kettle for tea, and for coffee, choose a Keurig or a drip coffee maker. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer at the house. High-speed internet/Wi-Fi is available. Pet friendly!

Be sure to check out Carrying Place Beach, just a few miles away.

Spring Oaks is newly available in mid-August 2025 and will be open year-round. Reservations are now being accepted for next season. We look forward to welcoming you to Spring Oaks.

Biggest issue is the upstair bedrooms have no air conditioning. There were window fans but you cannot open the windows because there is a terrible smell that comes on from the property behind the rental. So bad you cant even sit outside at night either. Luckily there were plenty couches fo sleep on downstairs. Really is a big issue the host must address. Otherwise house was great !
