This unique and quirky apartment, built by a retired boat builder, is filled with custom woodwork and nautical touches throughout!

The downstairs area includes a kitchen, living room with a futon sofa that can fold to full bed for extra sleeping space, full bath, and private back deck. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to an upstairs loft with a full bed, couch/tv area, office, and full bath.

Very well behaved pets considered at additional fee

This property was as listed. It provided us all the basics we needed as a place to stay while we visited family in the area. The spiral staircase was tight and bit difficult for someone older. We had all the privacy we needed. There was a great farm stand across the road.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay in this adorable apartment in Arundel. It was very clean & we each had our own bathroom! The apartment was a short drive from the beach & shops in Kennebunkport. Lots of great restaurants as well! Highly recommend!
