Beach Front Vacation Home

Beach front family home in Goose Rocks Beach. The home is equipped with central AC and heat. There is wifi, a SmartTV with Netflix, Youtube, and many other apps built-in. There is a washer and dryer for your to use. The home has both ocean and marsh views. Large living room with lots of seating. Large outdoor deck with seating and marsh views, and a gas grill. Beautiful sunsets from the large deck. This home is perfect for families! All of the living spaces is on one level except the 3rd bedroom that is accessible by a spiral staircase. This is a pet free home.

Please bring or rent sheets and towels. The bed quilts, pillows and kitchen towels are provided. If you would like to rent your sheets and towels, Cottage Linens in Biddeford is a great option.

The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Wonderful Cottage

We really enjoyed this recently renovated cottage in Goose Rocks. We loved that the we were right on the beach access path and could get on the beach in 1 minute! The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed for a month long stay. Abigail was very responsive prior and during our stay.

Excellent beach week!

Can’t beat the location, plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds comfy, nice partial views of ocean on one side and marsh on the other. Narrow spiral staircase best suited for agile teens. It’s always lovely at GRB- no matter what the weather is like!

Christmas Prelude

Perfect place to escape after the hustle and bustle of Christmas Prelude. Immaculate property. Loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the upstairs bedroom sitting area and walks on the beach. Abigail was accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Prelude Paradise

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at this Goose Rocks Beach property. The house was unbelievably clean when we arrived and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to walk the beach- which is just steps from the front door- on several occasions. From the upper bedroom we watched the sunrise over the ocean and in the afternoon we could see the harbor seals sunning on the rocks. The owners were very responsive, jumping on a small problem with the hot water tank and getting it resolved the next day. The spacious living room was great for hanging out and relaxing after a hard day of shopping and sight seeing at the Christmas Prelude. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

delightful location and lovely house

We really enjoyed staying here. The upstairs room looks directly out at the ocean, and you walk thirty yards and have a gorgeous beach, seals and loons all right there. Nice house, lots of windows and light, clean and very functional.

Just Book It!

Third time renting this location. Spotless! Hardwood floors, dining room and spacious living room to spread out people and games! Usually can see the ocean from back deck and from several rooms in the house. Nice area for sunrises, walking the beach or neighborhoods, or cycling. Decent yard and partial view of marsh. My friends and I will hope to return in 2023!

September visit

This property was as advertised with the exception of the upstairs room. There is a very narrow spiral staircase with tiny treads on it that you have to access that room with. Impossible for older adults to use it so one of our party had to sleep on the couch. Due to its proximity to the public beach access, during peak season you’ll have lots of people walking past it at all hours. The people that live next door have 2 dogs that they put out at 5:50am each day that bark constantly next to the bedroom window. The house is very clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the furniture is comfortable. We visited after peak season and found the beach lovely and quiet.

Everything you Want in a Beach House!

5 stars. Location, clean, bright, ocean and marsh views best walking beach, seals and birds including a hummer and many types of diving ducks , plenty of seating options, and owner communicates well. Must be agile to get to third bedroom but the view seems to keep people happy! Hope to return!
