Casa de playa en el primer piso con vistas al mar y al pantano directamente cruzando la calle desde la hermosa playa de Wells. Muy conveniente acceso a la playa. (Un paso de peatones al final del camino conduce directamente a Public Way # 2). Muy bien renovado con dos habitaciones privadas y una gran sala familiar con un sofá cama. Brillante y soleado comer en la cocina. Baño más nuevo, pisos de madera, terraza y terraza acristalada. Totalmente amueblado. Bono fuera de la ducha, estacionamiento en la calle y parrilla. Acceso a lavadora y secadora de sótano. Cable, Satélite Wifi y reproductor de DVD. Esta es la unidad del primer piso en una casa de dos unidades. Existe la oportunidad para familias grandes / múltiples que deseen vacacionar juntas para alquilar tanto el primer piso como el segundo piso simultáneamente. Esto proporciona la privacidad de sus propios cuartos junto con la conveniencia de tener amigos o toda la familia en la misma casa. Bedroom window had no view and the other bedroom had no window. We expected that as we have stayed here before and always loved it. It is a wonderful cottage with a close and easy path to the sandy beach.

This place was super close to the beach. Just walked across the road to the short public beach access. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc.Beds were comfortable and back sunroom was nice to hang out and read a book. Front living area also had a couple of couches and large tv. The area and beach has so much to do that we didn't spend much time in the house. The host responded quickly to questions we had.Plan on staying here again for sure.

The property was clean and very close to the beach which was the main reason for our stay. Only complaint was that the listing stated a washer & dryer was on the property and no linens were provided.

I love this sweet yellow house!

We had a wonderful family time. The house was a typical main cottage, well decorated, very clean. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Wells Beach

Great location. Nicer to stay in a home than hotel room. Missed in contract of the need to bring own sheets and towels. Owner did graciously supplied to me. Upstairs client was noisy loud at night, even after quiet hours at 10pm, could hear footsteps whenever client was there.

Charming apartment steps from the beach

This is such a sweet and cozy place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Apartment had everything we needed for our 5 night stay ( fully equipped kitchen). Washer/dryer in basement was a huge plus ( we have 2 young boys, who make laundry like it is going out of style!). We had partial views of the ocean from the front and the estuary from the back. In the evening we could hear the ocean, it was very soothing. Kitchen had a big table, perfect for family meals and board games. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great Beach Getaway

House had excellent access to beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, and the owner supplied beach items which was awesome. I did not see the listing mention that you need to bring your own towels and sheets, but the owner was very accommodating and provided these at my request. I really enjoyed the porches and deck as a great place for morning coffee or to wind down in the evening and catch an amazing breeze. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean and smell the ocean air from the front living room porch area or get a lovely view of the marshes from the back porch and deck. Parking is convenient and it is a great area to stay as it is a quick drive to so many great places to eat, shop, and kayak. I would definitely book this rental again

Excellent!

This is a great little spot if you need time away! Just steps from the beach which allows you to come and go as you please with no pressure to load everything up and worry about amenities while at the beach. Highly recommend!

We love Maine!! We Live in Massachusetts and come to Maine all the time. Having 80 Atlantic to come to as a getaway, has been great. We make a cup of coffee in the mornings, cross the street and watch the sunrise on the beach. Relaxing!!

My family and I have vacationed in Wells beach for countless summers. We rented over a dozen different properties. All the properties we rented required us to pack all our beach gear in the car, fight the traffic and cross our fingers we would find a parking spot. If we could find a spot, it was often the typical $15/day. Then we would load all our 'beach gear' on our shoulders and make the walk to the beach. At times it was frustrating. Bathroom breaks were always an adventure. When we decided to purchase a home in Wells, we wanted to be right by the ocean. 80 Atlantic Ave was perfect. It had a crosswalk for the kids at the end of the driveway and direct access to Public Way #2 (No walking up or down Atlantic Ave to reach the nearest Public Way). Bathroom calls were no longer a problem and anything we forgot to bring with us was just across the street. 80 Atlantic is also extremely close to Wells Beach 'Center.' If you want a newspaper or a snack, the convenience store is right there. If the kids want to go to the arcade, get an ice cream or visit the candy store, they are right there. On top of all this, the property has Maine marsh views from the back and ocean views from the front.
