About this property

Waterfront Cottage on Rocky Creek

This beautiful three bedroom house is situated on a lovely natural saltwater creek and overlooks a conservation area. The creek is teeming with bird and aquatic life. Catch crabs and fish from your private dock, take your boat out to Tampa Bay, kayak with the manatees or just relax and watch the beautiful herons wade in the shallows.

The master bedroom has a romantic King-size four-poster bed, an en suite bath, a 20' plasma TV with built in DVD player, a lovely view down the creek from your bed and private access to the 1000' deck.

The two other bedrooms share a bath. One has 2 twin beds and the other has a queen size bed.

The eat in kitchen also opens onto the deck and is fully appliances and appointed. It has been recently renovated with all new appliances and is cute, clean, bright and functional.

The living room has a 42' plasma TV with a built in DVD player and is satellite connected. Wireless internet access is available.

The one car garage has an auxiliary fridge for beverages, fish or bait, and a new washer and dryer. Linens are provided.

I live right next door and have loved the convenience of the location, the neighbors but especially the beautiful view of the creek for the last 14 years. I bought and renovated this house so that my friends and family can visit and enjoy all that Tampa has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The house is fresh and cheerful. The location is convenient to just about everything and is a great jumping off point for exploring west central Florida. But the best part is the liveliness of nature on the creek. Fish, birdwatch, sun, read a book, relax.

What makes this property unique

Location. Its hard to believe you are so close to everything when the view is so unspoiled out the back.
