With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home comfortably hosts up to 20 guests, making it perfect for large groups, family reunions, or multi-family vacations.



Inside, the home is packed with entertainment and comfort. The bunk room doubles as a private movie theater, offering the ultimate space for kids and late-night movie marathons. Step into the game room, where you'll find a poker table, full bar, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and more—perfect for friendly competitions and evening hangouts.



Outdoors, the fun continues. Gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars, shoot hoops on the basketball court, soak in the hot tub, or unwind in the private sauna. There’s ample space for yard games, laughter, and unforgettable moments for guests of all ages.



You'll also enjoy access to fantastic resort shared amenities, including a heated swimming pool, playground, courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball, and activities like fishing at the trout pond. Guests can participate in fitness classes, kids' camp in July, and a variety of social events, from bingo and book club to concerts and dining gatherings. There is a one-time $150 fee for guest use of the restaurant and golf course.

Please note, while the Village Club is not affiliated with the Wolf Laurel Country Club (and golf requires a separate membership we don’t provide), your stay does include access to plenty of fantastic amenities! Guests can enjoy the pool, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, two playgrounds, the Community Center with Wi-Fi, and even a fully stocked trout pond for a little fishing fun.

GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



NOTE: Outdoor pools in North Carolina typically close for the season in October. Availability may vary depending on weather conditions and property-specific maintenance schedules. Please inquire ahead of your stay if pool access is essential.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
