We really enjoyed our stay at Eastman Cottage! It was so conveniently located and very comfortable, and it was perfect for our little one as well. I would highly recommend this cottage for small families visiting St. Augustine!

The house is darling! We stayed with our son, daughter in law and grandchildren. Everything was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and convenient for travel to the beach. We also took our dog and the fenced yard was nice for her. Great place for a family vacation.

Location was great to everything we needed to do, but the only thing bad about it is that the bathroom needs to be updated

Really cute cottage! Great location with fenced yard for our pup. Low on supplies and bed mattresses could be replaced. One felt like quicksand, not able to use it.

Welcoming for pets. Quiet area near everything. Only negative was the king bed matress. It was like sleeping in a spring taco. Really needs replaced. A few more dishes would be nice.
