**New Rental** Located in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Hartwell. Conveniently located close to Clemson - 25 min drive or 15 min boat ride. This enchanting property boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, along with 3 full bathrooms. Property has 2 separate living spaces. The walkout basement has a Master suite, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette/dining area. Inside amenities include free WIFI, 6 streaming TV’s, an air-hockey table, board games, Pac-man and Wii consoles with games. Outdoor space offers a screened-in-porch, deck with gas grill and dining area, hot tub, fire-pit, basketball goal and paved walkway to boat dock. The private dock has 2 kayaks available for use and guests are also welcome to bring their own boat and/or Jetski’s. There’s also plenty of parking space for multiple trailers. Townville Boat landing is 5 minutes away. RV electrical connection and waste hook-up available (contact owner for more information). Great for large families or multiple families. No smoking or pets allowed.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all bed linens, bath and beach towels down to the basement and put everything in front of the washer and dryer in the hallway.
Collect all trash from the kitchen areas and baths. Please make sure all trash are in trash bags. Throw all trash bags into the black trash receptacle near the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were delighted to arrive at this house and experience how welcomed it made us feel, especially after a disappointing experience at a different house last year. The s'mores basket was a nice touch and impressed us all. The amenities were great and the house was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Lake Hartwell. It appears that this home has been recently updated from top to bottom as all the finishings were so beautiful and well done. The home was well equipped with every possible thing a child could want to stay entertained - an air hockey table, a hot tub, kayaks, board games, multiple televisions, gaming systems, etc. We could barely drag our children away from the home to go to the Clemson game because they wanted to fish, kayak and play at the house. The front yard is huge so the kids spent a good portion of the weekend in the front yard playing tag and football. The owners were so responsive if we had any questions. The furniture was so comfortable so it really felt like a home away from home.
