This stunning, brand new chalet is just 2–3 blocks from the lifts at Terry Peak—home to 1,164 vertical feet, 30 runs, and some of the best skiing east of the Rockies. With reliable snowmaking and fewer crowds than big resorts, Terry Peak is the perfect mountain destination.

This three-level chalet is designed for relaxing after adventure-filled days. With three bedrooms, a loft, two full baths, hot tub, two living rooms and over 2800 square feet, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. The open-concept layout brings everyone together to cook, eat, swap stories, and play board games. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or enjoy the rustic charm of the wood-burning stove.

You'll love the gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry, soaring Aspen ceilings, and large windows that bring in natural light and forest views. The home is built for comfort and quiet, with thick, insulated walls and refined finishes throughout. Step out onto the 10x28 covered deck to take in the mountain views, grill with friends, or just breathe in the fresh air. Kids will enjoy the loft and the chance to sled right outside.

Downstairs, enjoy a game of billiards on a championship pool table that was formerly owned—and signed—by Black Hills’ own Shane Van Boening’s family, a former world #1 pool player.

Only 9.5 miles to historic Deadwood’s food, casinos, and live music, 25 miles to scenic Spearfish Canyon, and just over an hour to Mount Rushmore. Thousands of acres of trails are just steps away, offering opportunities for hiking, snowmobiling, UTVing, and other outdoor adventures. Just minutes from Lead, the George S. Mickelson Trail offers 109 miles of breathtaking scenery along a historic former railroad route—ideal for hiking, biking, or horseback riding through tunnels, over old bridges, and past stunning Black Hills landscapes. You're also close to several beautiful lakes.

After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Black Hills, come home to a space that's all about comfort and connection. Book your Black Hills vacation today!
