Chateau by the Sea 508 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your top floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This penthouse unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 508 has a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Fun week on the beach

We enjoyed the view from our condo, the roof top, the pool...as well as easy beach access. We could walk to the grocery store and get a beverage at the Pier. We'll be back!

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Wonderful facility

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Exactly what we were looking for! Gorgeous unobstructed views, great location and clean 2 bedroom condo. The rooftop deck was a nice extra feature as well. We were more than happy with this place- definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in 508 for a 3 day weekend trip and had a great time! Room was clean and had an amazing view! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen/microwave and living room area. Staff was exceptional and condo has your basic amenities like paper towel etc, they even provide supplies for the beach which is so convenient!

We love staying at Chateau By The Sea!! We have stayed there twice now and will continue to stay when we make it back to cocoa Beach. It is a very clean place, Love the amenities, Love the location, it is very convenient to walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants!
