You’ll be just steps from PCC, Met Market, Magnuson Park, and the Burke-Gilman Trail, with University Village shops and restaurants, UW, and Seattle Children’s close by. The Bryant neighborhood is family- and dog-friendly, with parks and trails all around.
This detached cottage in Seattle’s Bryant neighborhood offers privacy, comfort, and walkability with its own private path and stone steps leading up to the entrance. A sturdy handrail adds security, while beautiful landscaping and a fully fenced yard create a sense of seclusion. Start your day with coffee on the front porch and end it with dinner or wine under the string lights on the back patio.
The cottage can sleep up to six guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath: the master with a queen bed and blackout shades, and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds. A comfy queen-size sleeper sofa is downstairs along with a half bath. The living room features Roku TV and plenty of seating, while the kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a dining area. A pack and play is available upon request.
