You're on the top floor of desirable "A" building with OCEAN & mountain views. Decorated island style with traditional Hawaiian tapas and Tropical will truly feel you are in Hawaii. We want you to fall in love with Maui, as we have, and trust our condo will give you all the comforts of home!

Watch sunrises and sunsets from your lanai. On clear nights see Haleakala Observatory on Haleakala Mountain from the lanai. YOU'RE SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN YOU CAN HEAR THE WAVES!

Queen size bed in the master bedroom WITH CENTRAL A/C, 2 twins in the second bedroom A/C WITH SEPERATE CLIMATE CONTROL). Fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer.

No need to rent a car, though there are 2 parking spaces (244 and 25). Charley Young and Kam 1 beach is just across the street to relax and enjoy the ocean or learn to paddleboard, kayak or surf down at The Cove, a 5 minute walk down the street. Walk to the Triangle with amazing restaurants and a supermarket. Save the car rental for a day trip to Hana, the public bus stop is just down the street.

Enjoy the beach by walking across the street. Beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs available to you. BBQ grill, Sparkling swimming pool, hot tub all available onsite!

The condo is clean when you arrive and it is cleaned again when you leave.

Pacific Shores is a reputable condo unit that is clean and well maintained. The ease of walking just across the street to the beach, along with the proximity of wonderful and affordable restaurants or a quick trip to the farmer's market or supermarkets makes it very easy to live here. We have found living near a public bus stop eliminates the expense of renting a car when we visit. We simply hop on the public bus to go anywhere! Saves $ and the environment! It rarely rains in Kihei so you don't have to worry about the weather disrupting your vacation plans!

The condo is in a good location close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and everything worked. Air conditioner definitely a plus. Back screen door could use replacement but otherwise everything worked and was as advertised. Thanks

Very nice, comfortable , convenient, and great location

We never used the pool -- but the proximity to the beach is excellent. Great location w/many good food options nearby (and Foodland grocery store). Comfy rooms/nice bathrooms.

A/C "timers" were rather inconvenient, as we came home to a very hot apt. numerous times after being out and about. Would prefer an option to reduce the a/c back to a reasonably conservative level rather than have to re-cool the entire place all over again.

Great place -- would likely return.

We do understand that it may be uncomfortable for a few minutes while it cools down. May we make a suggestion to go in and turn them on and enjoy a dip in the pool while it cools down, usually within 15 minutes or so.

Pam, the property manager is the best.

We stayed here for 2 months and just relaxed. The condo is nicely stocked with spices and extra condiments as well. The bathroom is also well stocked with all your bathroom needs as well

The view from our balcony is amazing. We can even see whales out and about

The closet is well stocked with any thing you need for the beach. Bring your camera down to catch the turtles on the beach

Excellent condo and location

We came to kihei for a week this time and skipped the rental car. This location was perfectly located for walking around. Good beach access right across the street. The condo had all the beach gear so we didn't have to buy or rent anything. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. It has a nice pool and hot tub on property that are kept very clean. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
