Easily accessible via two elevators, this condo is designed for your comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a bedroom nook. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's needs are effortlessly met. The condo provides a full bathroom. Step outside to discover a wealth of amenities, including a beachside gym, a refreshing pool, and a BBQ area perfect for grilling. Additional features include free parking on the premises and street parking. We provide dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience.



The Space:

This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Upper level studio unit accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.



Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.



There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.



Guest Access:

As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.



If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.



There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!



Getting Around:

Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

The AC unit is located in the living room. There is a fan in the bedroom, but there is no AC unit in the bedroom.

Accommodations were perfect for us…clean, well stocked, user friendly. We enjoyed the local food trucks and grocery stores were close by. The Polynesian Culture Center is a definite recommended visit….many activities in close proximity….

Thank you for the birthday chocolates! My stay was pleasant. It was warm upon arriving and took the air conditioner a while to cool the space. There were plenty of fans available to help the transition. I would recommend a check out list on the counter, I did not get the message until I had left and missed a few things. The construction was not bad at all. The electricity went off once during a bad storm but came on within minutes. I truly enjoyed my time.

We loved our stay from the minute we walked in with the amazing views and cheerful,well done renovations completed in the condo. Just beautiful!! The palm tree lined beach and grounds are picture perfect with the Pacific out back, and magnificent mountains out the front door. There is renovation being done to the building but the views make you ignore that and glad that it’s being done to maintain the property for future enjoyment. We saw every sunrise from the balcony with Hawaiian coffee in hand, saw a basking turtle on a walk up the beach, and enjoyed sightseeing along the coast during our stay. Any questions we had were responded to quickly by the management company or the owners. We were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy the incredible natural beauty on this side of Oahu, and your home was a huge part of that, we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

The condo is right on the beach,away from the crowds and basically private beach which we love. There was air conditioning and a lot of fans,which also we love. Kitchen is well stocked.The condo does not sleep 6 people as posted.The full size bed in the bedroom is not comfortable and did not fit me and my husband.The pullout couch double size bed in the living was larger,but pullout couches are not comfortable with the bar underneath.Sleeps 4 but small beds. Check in was for 4pm, latest check in time we’ve ever had,when asked if we could check in at 3:30pm since we had arrived early we were told no,not even 30min early?? Also check out time was for 10am.We were sent a message that house keepers were coming right at 10am since other guests were arriving the same day at 4pm. So cleaning right at 10am but can’t be done for checkin at 3:30?Communication with the condo was not very great. There was a power outage & we didn’t know what was going on.Sent a message & it took over 2 hours to get a response,good thing not an emergency. Also, was never informed that the parking lot was going to be torn up and that we would have to find alternative parking.We only found out because of talking with another guest.We also were not informed that the water was going to be turned off to the entire building from 9am-4pm,which only affected us a little as we were checking out.Construction was noisy,woke us up 4 out of 10 days we stayed there,concrete torn apart was the loudest.

Beautiful views, very clean and very good communication! The place had all basic necessities that you need, and it was pretty quiet even throughout the construction happening. Quite expensive but a nice place for your stay for sure!
