Centrally located near cafes, parks, and all the charm this historic San Diego neighborhood has to offer. Offering a Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, and a serene setting with a pond and string lights. This is a perfect central home to settle into and explore the surrounding area.

*Please note that there is a separate ADU with a separate entrance and yard space. This unit is being rented by mid-term guests of 31 nights or greater. They will have their own designated parking space in the driveway as well with access to an additional tesla/non-tesla high capacity EV charger.
We allow up to two well behaved adult dogs for a flat fee of $175 for your stay. Please no puppies or cats. Thank you!
Please note that the owner does NOT want dogs to use the gated yard space in the back for pets. This is for recreational enjoyment only and not for pet waste. Please take your pets for a walk outside the property as needed.
*The hot tub can seat up to four guests but it is a smaller hot tub so capacity may vary.
A pool person will be by tentatively every Thursday between 11am-12pm to service the pond and the hot tub.
*Please note that this is a pet friendly home so those sensitive with allergies may not be the best fit to stay with us. The home is cleaned frequently to remediate pet dander and smells but you may enter a home that has scents of previous pets even after thorough cleaning.
*Please note that this home is lightly renovated but does still have some original features. You may find wear and tear around the home but do not be alarmed if you are concerned about being charged for damages.
