Property is exactly as listed. Great quiet neighborhood. Close to all attractions Pool was amazing very sunny back yard and privateWould definitely recommend this property and we wil return
Really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things need attention. Toilet is not bolted down. Shelf by front door is barely hanging on. One of the reasons we booked was the hot tub which we didn’t end up using. The directions we were given required use of an app, but apparently the app needed to be reinstalled which required us to make another call to contact someone else to help. Too much for a holiday. Should have been seamless. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. It was well stocked. The master bedroom is great and so was the second bedroom. But I felt badly that my younger daughter had to stay in a room with bunk beds or the “office”. The bed was uncomfortable and she had a sore back from it. Luckily she lives in San Juan Capistrano and only stayed four nights with us. Two bathrooms were very nice. The third not so much.
This place was fine for what we needed which was a temporary home while our home nearby was getting some work done. The house looked as described for the most part, but we did have issues with several screens being ripped, rusty old toaster, bbq cover torn in half, and a few other minor things. Ozzy the host was very nice and offered to fix the screens and did replace a few items, however we had our dogs with us and didn’t want to deal with a stranger in the house repairing screens. The property has a pool and jacuzzi which is always a plus and my husband did really enjoy the jacuzzi. That backyard has so much potential if they just put a little work and into it such as paint the pool floor, landscape, buy newer more modern lounge chairs and maybe an umbrella, just to name a few. On a side note, there are other renters in their garage that was converted into a small apartment that is near the pool, but they didn’t bother us at all, and although they can see the pool out their small window, they are not able to use it. Overall it was a good price and would definitely be fine for your vacation, just don’t expect ultra luxury. I’m sure that they will fix many of these issues by the next renter. I’m also very picky so for someone who isn’t, it could be great as beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
