Wonderful, spacious house right on the beach. We loved the big porch and the well-stocked kitchen. This house puts you away from the crowds near the club. Kathy was great communicating and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This house is extremely rundown. It needs repair work/ facelift of the exterior and an overhaul of the interior. The second floor deck had a lot of rotten wood hanging from underneath. Furniture old, worn, and very outdated. Poor quality dishware. Frying pans could not be used due to severe peeling Teflon. Outdoor grill was filthy and barely usable. No window treatment in master bathroom facing directly into neighbor’s windows. When we arrived, we had no hot water. Management did send someone out the following morning, so we finally had warm water by noon of our second day. The positives were the proximity to the beach, and the main deck had been replaced with Trek decking. We expected so much more at the price we paid for this home. Very disappointed.

Wow! What an amazing place! The pictures posted are beautiful but this home is even better in person! There are so many areas within the house that allow you those amazing ocean views and if you want to be a little closer you can step onto the incredibly large deck area on the back of the home. The living room was large, cozy and open and allowed for everyone to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you could possibly need. Kathy was so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcomed! It was so difficult to pack up and leave such an amazing place! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!
