Our unit is the largest one-bedroom floorplan at Coronado Shores, with 1,200 square feet of combined interior and balcony space. There is a super-abundance of storage and closets, including a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Your balcony is 26 feet long and has a head-on ocean and Point Loma view from the 12th floor. The photos you see on VRBO are exactly what you see standing on the balcony or in the living room or bedroom, looking directly toward the ocean, the sunsets, and Point Loma.
THIS CONDO IS NEWLY UPGRADED, WITH STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING A BUILT-IN SUBZERO; GE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE MICROWAVE, DOUBLE-DOOR OVEN, AND GLASS COOKTOP; AND A SILENT BOSCH DISHWASHER. Orange Avenue in Coronado has delicious, reasonably priced cafes, delis, and exotic restaurants. You'll also find grocery stores, museums, and specialty shops. You can drive across the Coronado Bridge to enjoy La Jolla, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, the Gas Light District, Bario Logan, Little Italia, and Greece, China and JapanTowns, and a hundred other attractions.
Coronado Shores amenities include 24/7 doorpersons in each Tower, roving security guards, and staffed entrance gates. You will have absolute security and privacy. The four huge separate pool and Jacuzzi complexes are located next to the beach, overlooking the ocean, Point Loma, and the Coronado Islands. The Main Beach Club includes a bar and scheduled activities. A fully equipped gym has dry saunas and indoor whirlpools. There are tennis and pickleball courts and miles of walks. The 38 acres of landscaping is lush and meticulously cared for and has flower gardens, water features, lagoons, and observation decks.
