Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

- Separate trash and recyclables; extra bags are under the sink. - For stays over a week, put trash cans on the curb Thursday night for Friday pickup. - Load used dishes into the dishwasher.
- Place used towels in the laundry room. - Ensure that all sliding doors are locked before you leave. - Close the front door and press the house emblem on the door lock to secure the property.

The house was perfect for us. Four retired guys for a golf week in Phoenix. The house was clean, beds comfortable and a nice kitchen. Rose was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood with great amenities beautiful walk in shower walk in closets bedrooms are spaced out so there’s privacy. And being able to park in the garage made it that much easier. On the northern edge of the city with easy access to the highway. Close to just about anything you want. Breweries, restaurants, donuts, hiking trails, all the fun stuff. You can see the petroglyph park from your backyard.
