Hillside Hideaway II ~ Huge Terrace w/ City Views
Summary:
Step inside an architectural gem at Hillside Hideaway II. This upper-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath home was designed by the renowned modernist architect Homer Delawie, a master of elegant simplicity and post-WWII design. Known for his signature use of vast glass to blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, Delawie's work is celebrated throughout San Diego, with many of his designs now historical landmarks. This home is a noteworthy and unique example of his iconic style.
The Space:
Step inside this home and discover a unique blend of mid-century retro-chic, where classic design meets a lively, modern sensibility with clean lines, warm woods, and pops of vibrant color that transport you to a cooler, more carefree era.

Inside Your Private Retreat:
The open-concept design flows seamlessly from the elegant dining area to a stylish, newly remodeled kitchen, a true chef's delight. The living room features French doors that open directly to the terrace, and is equipped with a 50" Smart Fire TV for relaxing nights in.
The unit features two comfortable bedrooms: the "Blue Room" with a king bed and ensuite bath (with a tub) and the "Green Room" with a queen bed and an ensuite shower. A dedicated workspace is also provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Mission Hills! Our beautiful neighborhood is known for its incredible views and, as the name suggests, its many hills. Our unit is located on a very steep street, which can be a fun challenge! You are welcome to use the shared carport, and street parking is also available directly in front of the unit. For an easier spot and a breathtaking view, you'll find flat parking at the top of the hill. Access to your unit is through the carport and up the stairs, using the smart lock for entry. A friendly reminder: please always enter and exit via the carport, and do not use the adjacent walkway, as it is a neighbor's private path.
