Located within the heart of Pacific Beach. It is a short walk to popular restaurants and grocery, a bike ride to the beach, and central to all San Diego`s major attractions. Enjoy comfortable beds, the fun loft, BBQing on deck and FREE laundry.

Note: In November 2025, this unit underwent a full remodel, including completely updated bathrooms, all-new flooring, fresh paint, and recessed lighting throughout. New photos coming soon!

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath + Loft is minutes away from the beach and bay. 1 block off of Garnet Avenue (The main strip in Pacific Beach). Many great restaurants/bars within walking distance. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker + everything you could need to cook a meal at home. Private gas BBQ on balcony/deck. Comfortable & Clean beds (extra-long King, Queen, and x2 twins). There is parking for 1 large car and free laundry on site! Central to all San Diego has to offer.

The entire, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is yours. This is 2nd floor unit in a quiet 3 plex, located behind a house.

You have the ability to have as much, or as little, contact. I am here to give any recommendations and to make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Pacific Beach is a true gem. To the south is Mission Beach and Ocean Beach; north is La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the beautiful North County Coastline (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). You can bike and walk everywhere in this amazing beach town. Belmont Parks roller coaster and arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect for kids after a lovely beach day. Catching the sunset at Law Street, PB Boardwalk, or Kate Sessions, is a must! Approximately a $20 UBER/LYFT to Downtown/ Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park, and La Jolla! Torrey Pines State Park and golf course is 15 minutes away. Sea World (just a bike ride away), Legoland, The Zoo and The Safari Park are there for your entertainment! Don`t forget Balboa Park and all of our lovely Museums.

Convenient location

We were very pleased with the property. It is within 2 miles of the Pacific Beach. Too far to walk with kids and beach supplies but found parking each day that got us closer. The property is perfect for a family of 4-6. Two full baths are a plus as well as one covered parking space. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager is very responsive to questions.

First VRBO experience

My husband and I along with our 3 kids ranging from ages 1-8 years old stayed comfortably at Laura's property. Sleeping, cooking and bathing accomodations were awesome! Laura has really anticipated the needs of her renters and it made our vacation that much better. The game room was a hit as well as the board games, making our downtime at the home fun as well. She provides beach towels and many fun things to take to the beach so you don't have to lug them along with you on your trip. We'll be looking to stay at one of Laura's properties again!

Great location - close to everything

We enjoyed staying at Laura’s property. It was a great location to see everything San Diego has to offer. Minutes away from Pacific beach, Mission beach, Ocean beach. Drove to Torrey Pines nature area to hike and enjoy a spectacular sunset. We saw so much on this trip!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying 5 days for Xmas. The location is very convenient and the unit was stocked with all necessity items. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean. Definitely would stay here again for future trips. Thanks.

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable beach getaway!

The condo had everything we needed! Also, unlike the last few vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, it didn’t feel like cheap shortcuts were made. We felt safe, the kitchen had plenty of supplies, and it was just over one mile to the beach. My kids loved the loft, and there was plenty of room to move about (much different than our previous hotel stays). We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed. A few basic spices were available, too. The bathrooms are a little dated, but everything works. We couldn't find the washer or dryer though, which would have been annoying if we didn't have family 5 min away. Perhaps we didn't look hard enough? The neighborhood is quiet with respectful families, and super convenient to the main drag of PB which has restaurants, groceries, and bars. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple and well-explained.

Spring Break March 2024

The unit was exactly as noted in the description! Perfect! The unit acommodated 2 adults, a teen and 2 older kids nicely! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs! Having the 2 bathrooms was very nice and the Loft!! The kids loved the loft! Laura was an awesome host! Checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was central to everything! We went to Lego land, SeaWorld, Petco park, gaslamp district, the zoo, Midway, La Jolla, all the main beaches and Coronado and of course the airport! ! All within a short easy drive. Highly recommend this unit to anyone vacationing in San Diego! Thanks Laura!

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this cozy property. Our host, Laura was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property is a little hard to find as we arrived in the evening. However, Laura, was attentive and guided us through every step. The neighborhood is quiet and you have access to many restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store all within walking distance. My kids LOVED and enjoyed the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable, clean and the decor is perfect. We spent a week here in June and didn’t want to leave. You’re close to downtown, great parks and beaches. We visited old town San Diego, pacific beach, La Jolla and downtown and it was all within 15 minutes or less. We also spent a couple of days in legoland and that was only about a 25 minute drive. Bathroom cabinet in master bath needs to be replaced but nothing to deter you from not staying here. Just a small and quick fix. Great find, we can’t wait to be back!
