Relax, unwind and have fun in the beautiful heated swimming pool with a sunshelf and a complete outdoor kitchen. This brand new home, designed meticulously, features 3 bedrooms and a den with a sleeper sofa. The home sleeps 8, comfortably, and includes something for the entire family to enjoy including a 2 person indoor basketball hoop, cornhole and a ping pong table.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but also in close proximity to many attractions like golf courses, water and adventure parks, and many great bars and restaurants. Cape Harbour is also nearby and a short drive will bring you to beautiful Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.
