Newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home is located in the Historic Springs section in East Hampton.

A modern and open layout, spacious living room leads into a large kitchen and dining area with Sub Zero, Viking and Miele appliances. Off of the kitchen is large pantry room with a washer and dryer. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs are two master suites with individual full bathrooms. Beds and linens are brand new. The house is equipped with a large flat screen television, cable, Netflix, WiFi and central air.

Steps from a private bay beach, 1/2 mile to a lifeguard beach and a 10 minutes to the ocean - East Hampton's Main Beach, voted best beach in the US or Amagansett beaches. We are located minutes from the famous Jackson Pollack house, tennis and kayak rentals.

Nice, cosy and relaxing

We were a party of 6 adults and 3 toddlers and we all loved the place. I found the place much prettier and better than what the pictures actually say / show. The house was neat and clean and fridge was stocked with all the essentials as well. Our toddlers had a great time in the open backyard. Just be prepared (and don't be like us) about the beaches that you'd like to visit. If you plan on spending some time at one of the ocean beaches, you may have to obtain a parking permit for your car. (Again this depends on which beach you have planned on going and what time of the day etc..) I think you should be okay with bay beaches (not sure though!)

All said, Eric and Caleb have also helped us find a good ocean beach nearby where we could all spend some quality time. You can't go wrong with this place specially if you have a big group like we did.

As an EH/Springs native, I could not be more impressed with this house and the treatment we received from the homeowners. The house was perfect for our 8 guests, the backyard was the right size for spending the whole day catching up with friends and playing games, and the kitchen is absolutely amazing (as was the rest of the house). The owners were available if we needed anything but totally hands off and allowed us to enjoy their home as if it was our own. They were also easy to communicate with leading up to our visit and that made me very confident that we were getting exactly what was promised. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking to step away from the craziness of East Hampton but access it when you need to. Perfect for small friend and family gatherings and those who just want to enjoy my hometown for what it is - beautiful, comfortable and 100% authentic.

Our home is located in the Historic Springs section of East Hampton. It's a 2 minute walk to a private bay beach, a 0.5 mile drive to a private beach with a lifeguard, playground and marina and a short drive to the ocean.
