Upon arrival to the property there was no key in the lockbox. We’ve been trying to contact the host for over an hour. No response on the Vrbo app and disconnected phone number. We wasted majority of the first day in the freezing weather 4h from home. We ended up contacting Vrbo support to find another property. Horrible experience.
