Welcome to "Casa de las Fuentes," a charming Mediterranean-style retreat nestled in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic Lincolnville District. This cozy studio offers a private and stylish escape for your stay.
Step into your 300-square-foot studio, featuring a comfortable queen bed, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and air conditioning. Relax in private courtyard just outside.
The space
Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests.
Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away!

After parking, please follow these steps to reach your studio at "Casa de las Fuentes":

Park in the designated area on the property.
Head to the far left side of the property, where you’ll find a walkway.
Follow the walkway, which leads directly to the private courtyard.
Your studio door is located just outside the courtyard—look for the sign reading "Casa de las Fuentes."
If you have any trouble, please message me through the Airbnb platform. Enjoy your stay!

Access Challenges: The pathway to enter the studio units in the back property requires navigating three stairs up and three stairs down, which may pose difficulties for those with limited mobility.
Bedroom Configuration: Studio apartment contains only one bed, making it unsuitable for additional guests or those requiring extra sleeping arrangements.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great location and perfect size. We work while we travel and we had ample space for both of us. Cute outdoor seating area. Nice walk into Historic St Augustine. Quiet street with parking. Host is great with communication even though she was traveling herself. Highly recommend this rental and host!

The place was awesome! There were so many nice touches that really made it feel like home away from home. Penny was great and very easy to talk to. The Location is awesome- easy walk to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet and cute.

This property was an excellent choice for our visit to St. Augustine. The location was perfect and quiet. Just a few minute drive to downtown. It was also just a short walk to stop 11 on the Hop on Hop off Trolley Tour. There was a cute little café just around the corner as well. The property was just the right space with an open concept kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. The property was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Parking was so easy which isn’t always the case in St. Augustine. Location of the property is walking distance to downtown. The hosts were very nice and the place was very nice!!! Will stay here again for sure.

This was the perfect apartment for my stay. Beautifully decorated, great location and loved the touch of having various beverages and snacks already at the house for a small purchase amount. Will definitely look to stay here again when I am in town.

Casa de las Fuentes was such a well-appointed rental. Great space, clean, thoughtful amenities & amazing location. We were visiting family but needed to work during the day. Wifi was speedy. Location - right in the middle of Lincolnville & just around the corner from the Corner Cafe (former Blue Hen Cafe) was perfect for an early morning walk, coffee & breakfast. Would definitely recommend!! We'll be re-booking on our next visit!

This was the perfect stay! Penny made sure had everything we needed and there were so many thoughtful details included. The white noise machine was a wonderful touch! The stay is an easy 10-15min walk to downtown and she offered to drive us multiple times (which we didn’t take her up on because we love walking). Overall it was a wonderful and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything from booking to check out went perfectly. The pictures don’t do this lovely place enough justice! When I walked in, myself and my partner were amazed at how beautiful and clean it was, plus it smelled wonderful! You can really tell the hosts care and pay attention to every detail. Not to mention there is a cafe DIRECTLY around the corner where you can get delicious coffees, lattes, refreshers and an array of food options. Just beyond that—the I Have A Dream house. This cozy little getaway was a big part in one of the best weekends ever. Thank you again, Penny, for being such a lovely host. We will most definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The Casa de las Fuentes met our needs and exceeded our expectations. From the well-stocked refrigerator (there’s Fresca!) and cute courtyard to the attentive host and clear communication, this location is a great home base for exploring everything St. Augustine has to offer.

Loved all the details, the lights outside, the scented candles, the peppermint shower gel! Nice apartment, great to have the opportunity to buy, at very reasonable prices, beer, wine and candy right there at our own kitchen! Communication was excellent! Very clean and comfortable place for the 2 of us.

Everything was wonderful. Penny and Anthony are excellent hosts! The room was welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Penny thought of everything down to scented candles and soaps and yummy snacks. The golf cart tour was a great asset to the stay since we are not so young anymore. HaHa

Exactly as described. Room was clean. You have to step up/over high curbing and walk through their gravel front yard then up and down several stairs with no railing. The property listing didn't mention the gravel was loose or that there are no railings. There is a filtered water pitcher in the fridge but it must need a new filter because the water tastes worse than the tap water. Needless to say the coffee and tea we made was terrible. I ended up purchasing their bottled water. I'm assuming, by the build up on the shower head, they have hard water. In their attempt to provide EVERY thing guests might need, thete is no room in the shower or on the vanity for toiletries because the host has filled every space.

The gravel is a natural feature of the property, and while there are steps, local building requirements do not require railings for their height. We understand that guests with mobility concerns may find this challenging, so we'll review the listing to see if we can make this information even clearer. We're sorry to hear the filtered water didn't meet your expectations. We'll replace the filter immediately and inspect the water pitcher to ensure it's working properly. Thank you as well for mentioning the limited space for personal toiletries in the bathroom. We appreciate this suggestion and will be adding shelving to provide guests with more room for their own items. The coffee and tea is hand selected from the local coffee shop. Most guests find it delicious. Sorry it wasn’t to your liking. We value all constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience.

Amazing and Cozy get away for you and your significant other... Check in and out was super easy, the place is beautiful, cozy, very clean and within perfect walking distance from the historic downtown area. I enjoyed having most of the conveniences of home i.e. the fridge, small kitchen area; they had everything you could think of and even some stuff you may have forgotten at home. The biggest plus to staying here are the host's... they are super kind, thoughtful and truly are vested in you enjoying their space and making sure that you enjoy your trip overall. Do yourself a favor and look no further! Thank you again and we will absolutely be back :)

I rented this property for my adult daughter and son-in-law as a short retreat while Gran & Pops (my wife and I) watched the kids. Great place, quiet, close to downtown and very charming for a couple. The one flaw my daughter noted was the lack of an oven - she had planned to prepare a special meal for one night. We must have missed that detail in the description.But overall very clean and charming.

Casa de las Fuentes was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, we were in awe. Every inch of the home was beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail that made it feel very welcoming.The open kitchen and living room had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and a variety of appliances, plus thoughtful extras like snacks and beverages available for a small fee. The living room was cozy and inviting, featuring a comfortable couch, a large TV, games, books, and even scented candles that added to the relaxing atmosphere.The bathroom was spacious and had a beautiful oversized shower and many bathroom amenities. The bedroom was warm, cozy, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home.One of our favorite features was the lovely courtyard. It was the perfect place to relax, surrounded by lush plants and a soothing water feature. In the evening, the twinkling lights created a magical atmosphere that made it even more special.Casa de las Fuentes exceeded our expectations in every way. Parking on site and a short walk to downtown. The thoughtful details, comfort, and beautiful surroundings made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming getaway. The hosts were friendly and super nice people.

We were so happy with our stay! The location was perfect. It was a 5-10 min walk to places we wanted to be and a less than 10 min car ride anywhere else. We felt safe walking. The space is super clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Penny had it well stocked with snacks, beverages, and a small cabinet for grocery/pharmacy items you could get for a small cost/honor sysyem. Forgot your phone charger, q-tips, a hat? She had it. We got to utilize the outdoor space for morning coffee and it was quiet and serene with the fountain. She also offered a space heater for the incoming freeze, but we ended up not needing it as the space stayed warm and they had lots of extra blankets. Penny was quick to communicate. We also had plenty of parking for our car. 10/10 would stay here again!
