Supplies: The condo is stocked with essential paper products, cleaning supplies (dish/dishwasher soap, laundry detergent), and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup wipes, Q-tips, and cotton balls).

Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Quiet Hours: To respect full-time residents, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties are not permitted.

Air Conditioning: The property does not have air conditioning.
