Four Seasons cottage on Lake Champlain waterfront

Our beautiful cottage has been available for weekly summer rentals for over a decade, and we have recently decided to open it up to monthly rentals for Fall, Winter and Spring.

Make yourself at home in this quiet, serene, fully furnished 3-bedroom, four seasons cottage on Willsboro Bay, Lake Champlain. Panoramic views of the lake and mountains, open floor plan, efficient heat, and stocked cabinets make this cozy cottage the perfect place for an extended stay. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature. We think our place will help you experience everything upstate NY has to offer.

Due to the nature of monthly rentals and the variability of each guests' electrical usage needs, guests are responsible for electricity costs in addition to the rental cost. The cottage is equipped with a smart-meter. The costs associated with your dates will be added to the the booking at the end of your stay.

Located 30 minutes from Elizabethtown, 40 min from Plattsburgh, one hour from the historic Olympic Village of Lake Placid, NY, and a ferry ride + short drive from Burlington, VT.
