Nous avons beaucoup d'intimitĂ© Ă  vous offrir, ainsi qu'Ă  votre famille ou vos amis, avec trois chambres, toutes avec des lits queen; trois salles de bain complĂštes, il y a aussi un bain Ă  remous dans la deuxiĂšme chambre; avec une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur dans la chambre principale. Birthday Getaway

I met my two adult children in Gatlinburg to celebrate our birthdays together. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed being tourists there and in Pigeon Forge. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect for walking distance to everything.

The property was exactly as described. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do which was what we searched for. The steep slope was a bit much for my husband and we carried a 3 year old alot which was a bit difficult for the walking. I suggest taking a wagon or stroller for sure. But the property was amazing.

Gatlinburg Stay

This property was ideal for our mini vacation. 3 couples = 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It was very clean and a quaint condo. The walk into Gatlinburg was a little on her than we wanted but we walked down and took an Uber back. We considered this place as perfection. We will rent from them again.

Wonderful place, quiet and clean!

The property was a little off the beaten path, but perfectly within walking distance of everything In Gatlinburg and even has a trolley stop that is about a block from the main entrance of the condo if you’d rather just jump on the red line of the trolley. Our boys enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and we enjoyed chilling in the condo. The owners were very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues at all.

Excellent hospitality

Patty's hospitality and communication were excellent. Having private bathrooms with each bedroom was perfect. The location was quiet and near enough to area amenities.

Motorcycle Trip to Gatlinburg

Great property, conveniently located. Had 3 men so it was great to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Walk to downtown. Nice little pool and hot tub after a hard day riding! I never could find the dumpster and felt bad about leaving a bag of trash. We had a wonderful stay!!

Nice Weekend Getaway

All of the group enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and ready quickly on the day of check-in. Although the reviews stated the bathrooms were small, they perfectly fine. Clean, supplies provided, and the kitchen was equipped as well. The walk into town was a haul, but reviews had already stated such. We didn’t mind the walk at all and felt safe leaving and returning. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but it was clean each day as well.

Weekend getaway

6 of us stayed for a weekend. Living area is a little small for 6 adults but we were hardly there other than to sleep. Nice walk to the downtown area. Very clean Was everything we needed.

The property is farther from the main strip than the listing lead me to believe. We had elderly people in our group, so the distance was way too far. I was very disappointed in the location. Parking is also an issue. There are literally not enough parking spots. The spots are also very tiny, so if you have a large SUV or truck your vehicle may get damaged. The property was updated with modern furnishings. The floors were very dirty. All of our socks were literally black from walking around the condo. In addition, know that you have to walk through a bedroom to get to any of the bathrooms which is kind of odd. Patty was very nice and delightful to deal with.

Nice/Clean Condo

The condo was exactly as described and a short walk to the Gatlinburg ‘strip.’ It’s a clean place to spend time with family and friends with a great Mountain View. My family brought my elderly grandparents along and it was handicap accessible which made their time even more enjoyable as well. Patty was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Good location, lots of rooms

Good location but the property and unit could be better. The unit was good and had a 3 bedsrooms and 3 baths rooms but was not very clean. 1 of the bathrooms had a leak in the ceiling, dishes were not clean and had food stuck to them, baseboards were dirty, and the refridgerator door did not want to stay shut. The property had a terrible parking lot on a steep hill with very narrow parking spaces. it was very hard to get a spot if you came back late. there was a car port but only 1 of our vehilces could fit in it. The pool area was not very clean and there were a lot of bugs in both the pool and the hot tub.

Birthday weekend

Nice and spacious. The property feels secluded but very close to the strip. We seen a bear in the woods off of the balcony. We would definitely stay again

We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We hated to leave, but will return in the future.

We enjoy coming to Gatlinburg but didn't like the hassle of finding a place within walking distance to parkway. We found this unit and loved how close it is to the parkway in Gatlinburg.
