Le invitamos a venir a disfrutar de Gatlinburg y Smokies en nuestro condominio en el cuarto piso. Tenemos mucha privacidad para ofrecerle a usted y a su familia o amigos con tres habitaciones, todas con camas queen size; tres baños completos, también hay una bañera de hidromasaje en el segundo dormitorio; con una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo en el dormitorio principal. El total de metros cuadrados del condominio es de 1053 pies cuadrados con un balcón con vista a las montañas sobre Gatlinburg. El condominio está ubicado a solo tres cuadras del centro de Gatlinburg, donde puede pasear hasta el Village (un ambiente tranquilo de un pueblo europeo) y descubrir 27 de las tiendas, restaurantes y galerías más memorables de Gatlinburg. Corta caminata al nuevo Ole Red Music Venue y Anakeesta. Excellent hospitality

Patty's hospitality and communication were excellent. Having private bathrooms with each bedroom was perfect. The location was quiet and near enough to area amenities.

Birthday Getaway

I met my two adult children in Gatlinburg to celebrate our birthdays together. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed being tourists there and in Pigeon Forge. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Family Getaway

Very clean, quite place to stay. Rental agent was very helpful and went out of her way to help me when I had questions. It was within walking distance to downtown for younger people but a little to far for elderly parents. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend it to others. Much nicer and more spacious than staying in a hotel.

Short but sweet

We were only there for two nights but the grandchildren enjoyed themselves. Had slight problem with washer but all in all it was a great time.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo

The location is fantastic...we could walk anywhere we wanted! Very spacious and absolutely beautifully decorated condo. The beds were soft and the linens were spotless. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The wi-fi was wonderful! No problem connecting... definitely would recommend and will stay again!

Very comfortable condo close to town!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was super nice to have our own bed and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, the decor was nicely done. We were able to walk to town from the condo and other days drove and used the parking lots. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook some big breakfasts for the 4 of us. Save a day to visit the Pancake Pantry for a real treat! We would love to visit and stay here again!

Gatlinburg Stay

This property was ideal for our mini vacation. 3 couples = 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It was very clean and a quaint condo. The walk into Gatlinburg was a little on her than we wanted but we walked down and took an Uber back. We considered this place as perfection. We will rent from them again.

Wonderful place, quiet and clean!

The property was a little off the beaten path, but perfectly within walking distance of everything In Gatlinburg and even has a trolley stop that is about a block from the main entrance of the condo if you’d rather just jump on the red line of the trolley. Our boys enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and we enjoyed chilling in the condo. The owners were very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues at all.

Perfect for walking distance to everything.

The property was exactly as described. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do which was what we searched for. The steep slope was a bit much for my husband and we carried a 3 year old alot which was a bit difficult for the walking. I suggest taking a wagon or stroller for sure. But the property was amazing.

Washed bed linens at 10:30 pm after driving 6 hours,and spending the day walking through Gatlinburg. Otherwish it was clean.

Hello Thomas, Thank you for review. I will speak to my cleaners about this matter and we will see that this never happens again. Also if you had called or emailed me when you first saw the situation I would have notified my cleaners and had them come over and change the bedding for you. We never want a guest to be unhappy with their stay. We have our phone numbers and email address in the unit so our guest can call or email about anything. We work very hard with our cleaners and maintenance to see that our guests are very comfortable and satisfied with their stay. As you can see we have very good reviews from a lot of our past guest. we were pleased with are condo the beds was very comfortable the views I'm sorry was of construction of the new town homes which we understand what Gatlinburg went through over we all liked the place the walk to downtown wasn't to bad going down but the walk up hill was bad for older folks. my daughter had no problems thank you

Great Place To Spot Bear and Wildlife Safely From The Balcony

The area is breathtaking and our accommodations were exceptionally nice. One of the treats for the children, and ourselves, was spotting a young bear in the forest behind the condo., it was like having a private viewing (on the balcony of course)! This was our first time renting a condo. and now we're hooked. Loved having the privacy of our own bedroom and bath. The bedding was comfortable and everything was very clean. The indoor pool came in handy after a hike up to Laurel Falls, and we liked having the main part of downtown Gatlinburg within walking distance. We enjoyed staying at this property and will stay here on our next visit.

Good location and clean

Good location in the middle of Gatlinburg. Condo was a little older and outdated but was very clean. Communication for any needs was great. Would rent again if back in the area.

Motorcycle Trip to Gatlinburg

Great property, conveniently located. Had 3 men so it was great to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Walk to downtown. Nice little pool and hot tub after a hard day riding! I never could find the dumpster and felt bad about leaving a bag of trash. We had a wonderful stay!!

Nice Weekend Getaway

All of the group enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and ready quickly on the day of check-in. Although the reviews stated the bathrooms were small, they perfectly fine. Clean, supplies provided, and the kitchen was equipped as well. The walk into town was a haul, but reviews had already stated such. We didn’t mind the walk at all and felt safe leaving and returning. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but it was clean each day as well.
