Maison de plage privée à un pâté de maisons de la plage

Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage! Heureusement nommé Thin Mint. Maison de style plage entièrement rénovée, avec de nouveaux meubles, de l'électronique, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers et de vrais planchers de bois franc, etc. Il est à un pâté de maisons du Beach & Ocean Blvd.

Nos caractéristiques de location:

- Voiturette de golf au gaz. (Les sociétés de location facturent des centaines par jour pour la location de voiturettes en été)

-Chambre # 1: Lit superposé. Le matelas inférieur est une reine et le haut est un jumeau. Smart TV 39 pouces.

-Chambre # 2: lit Queen. Smart TV 39 pouces.

-Salle de jeux indépendante: dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'une salle de bain complète. Petit réfrigérateur et cuisine basique. A également une table de balle Foose, jeu de fléchettes électronique, TV avec lecteur DVD intégré, Nintendo avec 500 jeux intégrés.

-Salon: mobilier de style plage avec canapé-lit queen-size. Smart TV 40 pouces

-Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers, assiettes, bols, ustensiles, casseroles, cafetière Keurig et mixeur margarita

-Draps et serviettes et laveuse et sécheuse
-Grande clôture dans cour arrière avec deux tables de pique-nique et barbecue à gaz, fosse en fer à cheval, trou de maïs, foyer et Tiki Toss

-Couvert et blindé dans le porche arrière surdimensionné avec bar tiki et table de style ferme !!

-Chaises de plage et parasol

- une carte de stationnement gratuite pour le centre-ville / la promenade / le royaume de la famille. (le stationnement est de 10 $ à 20 $ dans ces zones)

-Accès au panier de golf en fonction des disponibilités. Des restrictions s'appliquent.

We chose this property because we bring our dogs on vacation. The fenced yard was great. The location was close to the beach and other amenities. House was clean and comfortable. Had no issues during our stay.

The property was ina good central location and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed riding the golf cart down the strip and doing things without needing to load up in tbe minivan. Back porch and backyard are good hang outs and my daughter loved her personal apartment out back. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic and fun!

We loved the set up! Games and outside area was great! Wish it had been cooler to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard but that gives us an excuse to come back later in the year. Will definitely come back!

Easy and convenient

We had a great stay here. Ran into a problem with the fridge but Adam got someone on it right away to ensure we had a good stay great experience. Had tons of activities to do with the kids like darts foos ball board games and more. Lots of beach supplies too!

Enjoyable Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Thin Mint! We loved being able to walk or take the golf cart to the beach. The yard was perfect for hanging out and for our dog to play outside. Amenities were great! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Adam was helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great time of year

Comfortable, modern conveniences, heart of Myrtle beach, and cheaper than a condo, at least this time of year. We were anywhere we wanted to be in 10-15 minutes max. Host was thoughtful, and made himself available were we to need help with anything.

A great place for family

One of the best places I’ve stayed since using Vrbo! Adam was amazing and showed up the same day I had an issue. The golf cart was awesome to have and drive around and the kids who are always into a device for once put them down and enjoyed themselves! 10/10 recommend!

Short stay

We had a short stay during our move from WV to the Myrtle Beach area while waiting to close on our new home! Adam was an amazing host and Thin Mint was adorable! We loved having the fenced in yard for our furbabies and our boys loved the game room! I recommend this house for any families that wanna be close to the beach and have the ability to travel with their furbabies!!!

Great location, great host

Thin mint was in a perfect location. Only one block from the beach. My grandaughter enjoyed the golf cart rides. When all got too noisy the small house out back was a great get away. It was a game room with a sleep sofa, tv and small kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly come back.

The parking pass will save you money in the paid parking areas of Myrtle Beach. Don’t worry about renting or buying beach chairs or an umbrella we have them for you.
