You’ll never know you’re in a city! Quiet residential street, with a lovely park at the end. Your home away from home is roomy, quiet, comfortable, inviting. Comfortable queen size beds in both bedrooms. The breakfast nook also makes a perfect workspace, the dining room seats six. There’s a breakfast patio off the back of the house, and a front porch. The large screen Roku TVs in living room and master bedroom get Netflix, Prime, Hulu Plus/Disney/ESPN, Britbox and Gotham Sports during Knicks/Rangers season. Décor includes magnificent sculpture by internationally renowned sculptor Harvey Fite (Opus 40), and guests receive a complimentary pass to Opus 40 in Saugerties. Access to pool, pool patio and gazebo by agreement.

Within a mile and a half radius: the trendy Strand neighborhood, historic Uptown Kingston, Broadway’s UPAC performing arts center and other venues, all kinds of shopping, fine restaurants in all directions.
