Inside, the living area features a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, comfy seating, and a queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom with dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Guests have full access to the complex clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool and two hot tubs, open year-round!

It was clean and communication was timely but late check it, early check out, fireplace didn't work on Cold new years, rusty tea pot, had to pay big cleaning fee while having to cleaning everything myself

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the unit clean and that communication was timely.
To clarify for future guests, we do not ask guests to clean the unit themselves. The only departure requests are to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and place used towels in a pile. The cleaning fee covers the full professional cleaning of the property after checkout.
Our check-in and check-out times are also standard for vacation rentals in this area and allow our housekeeping team enough time to properly prepare the unit for the next guests.
Regarding the fireplace, we’re sorry it was not working during your stay. We were first notified around 7:00 PM on New Year’s Eve, which is one of the busiest nights of the year and our team was handling several emergencies at that time. Maintenance was scheduled and sent the following morning to resolve the issue, though it appears you had already checked out after your one-night stay.
We appreciate the feedback and are glad you still found the property clean and communication responsive.

Great location. Close to the marina and across the street from the amphitheater. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed listening to the music at the amphitheater. The shower would be a little funky if sharing the place with another couple.

Long weekend with family
This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love the convenience to Dillon Amphitheater and the bike paths. All of our stays have been wonderful and very easy.

My husband Stan passed away April 29 and had planned this trip for the four of us to come but just my daughter and I stayed there it was very beautiful and last trip my husband planned. Thank you very much. One of the rocker recliner was broken kind of sideways.

Great Location
Apartment is in a great location overlooking Lake Dillon and quick drives to all the local mountains. The place is clean and well-kept.

An Excellent Stay
We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. The condo is located in the center of Dillon on the first floor with convenient parking. It’s easy walking distance to the amphitheater, the marina and restaurant.

Location!
The stay was great. We usually stay in frisco bit because of going to 2 concerts at the dillon amphitheater we wanted to try Dillon.
The location for this property is perfect for concerts.
We will definately be staying in the future when we fine more concerts we want to come to.

Ski trip
Great location for Summit County skiing. Ground floor condo made it easy to load and unload our baggage. Good quality internet and TV.

Beautiful Views
We found the condo a pleasant spot. We were within a short distance to family members we visited. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the concerts at Dillon amphitheater from our patio. 1st floor with no steps made it very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location
Great location and views. Loved sitting out on the porch watching people and all the boats on the lake. Easy parking and no stairs to climb was a definite plus for us. Easy walk to restaurants, amphitheater, and marina. Rec path right there for biking or walking.

5 slopes in easy reach
Excellent location In Dillon. We’re skied Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. Beaver Creek and Copper Mountain also close by. Kitchen was great, though could use an oven mitt. Bedroom comfortable but a bit bright as security lights just outside. We still slept well. Nice layout and hot tub & heated pool close by.

Great View and Location
We really enjoyed our stay... Great view, perfect location, comfortable bed and furniture + all the cooking and laundry amenities in the unit. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed in Dillon - we'd definitely stay here again. Only complaints - the neighbors above us were pretty noisy really early in the mornings and some curtains in the bedroom would help for those that like to sleep in while on vacation.

Beautiful view
Couldn’t beat that we were right on Lake Dillon with beautiful views. Had a problem with a busted pipe that leaked into the condo from the outside but management was there to clean up pronto. Would stay there again

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
