Wonderful beach house with large open plan living room, kitchen, dining area, den, master suite and two guest bedrooms and bath all on main floor. Large bedroom, den and full bath on lower level; perfect for the kids. French doors lead to a large screened sitting porch and down a stair to the Private beautifully landscaped 1/2 acre property with heated pool, wood deck and bluestone terrace with fire pit. Pool area includes a new Pool house with den, kitchenette and full bath. Den includes sofa and love seat and is a perfect hangout for kids and teenagers.

Wonderful stay!

My friends and I booked this house for a long weekend and had a fantastic stay. The house comfortably slept all of us, the house was very clean, and the host is very attentive. Definitely recommend!

We loved this house so much!

This property was so great. 10 friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had an amazing time. Ten minutes north of downtown, backyard feels like a resort. House was extremely well stocked.

Perfect hamptons getaway

My family and I absolutely loved the house. The pictures do not do it justice. It is perfect for a family vacation. We had the best time. The owner was very responsive in answer questions and making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend by the pool in the Hamptons. Also the beach and restaurant we not far at all.

Beautiful summer weekend

We had a lovely time at the house. We had a seamless check in process on arrival. The house and yard were pristine. The screened in porch was a beautiful place to have coffee every morning. The house has good proximity to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor for excellent dining options.

Fourth of July of our Dreams!

This property is simply incredible. Lots of space, the deck is amazing, fit 12 gals comfortably and was perfect for the weekend. Robert is very communicative as well which is great. Would book again and grateful for the experience :)

The photos of this home to not give it justice! It is warm, decorated in a very warm and inviting way. The kitchen came supplied with essentials and the pool towels were plenty and the bath towels were luxurious. Among the many noteworthy highlights, the home is immaculate. There was not a single spot of dust on the wainscotting edges or in the corners. Our host was attentive and helpful along the way. My family and I had a wonderful time and hope to come back next year. It was great to be so close to Round Swamp Farms too!!

East Hampton Oasis

My friends and I booked this property for a Fourth of July getaway. We were blown away! The house is so beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. So much space for our group. Robert was absolutely lovely and a fantastic communicator. We were obsessed with the gorgeous backyard, pool, and pool house. Such a dream! We cannot wait to come back!

Ultimate Hamptons getaway

My family, friends and I all absolutely loved our stay at Robert’s home. The house was very clean, the renovations to the kitchen and other areas are beautiful and the pool area was a dream! Not to mention there’s a pool house equipped with a bathroom, mini kitchen, living room and upstairs loft for guests. Robert was very communicative and accommodating during our entire stay and very easy to reach. The house is also in a great area - less than 10 minutes to town. Our entire party had a very enjoyable stay - we will definitely be back soon! Thank you again, Robert!

The Perfect Getaway

This trip was booked to celebrate my upcoming wedding. It truly was the absolute best weekend spent with my closest friends & family. First and foremost, Robert was so wonderful to work with. Lighthouse

Robert was a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean and the backyard was even better than pictured. Robert left a great manual detailing attractions around the area and a punch list of how to operate the house. This made everything easy. I will definitely be coming back to the lighthouse.

Resort like backyard!

The backyard is beyond incredible - it feels like you are in a resort. Also having the pool house and outdoor shower is a huge plus especially with children. Robert was easy to work with and very responsive!

Wonderful Stay!

So many perfect things to say about this property! We were a group of 10 women. The home is very clean, super comfortable beds and quality linens. Kitchen completely stocked for all our needs. The pool and patio are perfect, with high quality furniture and enough room for everyone to lounge. The pool house is charming, has AC, kitchenette and a TV. We were pleasantly surprised that there’s an outdoor shower and outdoor speakers , but be mindful of your neighbors. The neighborhood was wonderful for walks, and just a 15 minute drive to the ocean. The communication with Robert was super easy and quick and the place looks even better than in the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there and would love to go back!

Girls Weekend

This is the perfect property for a girls trip in the Hamptons! The pool and backyard are immaculate and everything you would want- basically an upscale resort in a private home. The home was beautiful and very clean. The pictures online do not even do the interior justice. The check in process was seamless and Robert, the manager, was extremely helpful and always responsive!

Better than advertised!

This property was amazing, just like many others have noted the pictures on this listing do not do this place justice. The house is perfect for a group of 9 with enough places to sleep and hang out inside if required. But the real treasure the pool and patio. Overall the house is maintained very well. Robert was a pleasure to communicate with and made the sign in and check out process an ease. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
