Great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay here. There were several outdoor decks and outdoor furniture which we enjoyed often. The house was very comfortable and furnished with everything we could have needed to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again.

Quiet homely stay

Nancy is always responsive and helpful. The house had incredible charm and is easy to live in, access, and gives you that friendly neighborhood feel. Every meal I cooked in the kitchen tasted great. Hot tub is a plus and the Tesla power charger in the garage is convenient if you need it. Would stay again !

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

Two intern housemates and I stayed at Nancy's listing for ~1.5 months and loved every bit of it! The house is very spacious, has tons of cookware and a spacious kitchen that came in hand for cooking, has a great living room and backyard to unwind, and spacious bedroom to rest in. The neighborhood is peaceful and easily accessible. Nancy is an amazing host--super understanding and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the great stay!

I had a wonderful stay. Nancy was a great host and was very responsive. The home is in excellent condition and is well maintained. I stayed here on business. I would definitely recommend this home if you plan to spend time in the Bay Area. It is conveniently located to take off to the coast, San Francisco or the Redwoods when not working.

From the reservation process to the check out process. Working with Nancy was amazing and easy. The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. We had our guests from out of town stay here for 2 months and they told us they felt pampered. The house worked great for this family of 5. We love our home and have enjoyed hosting many business professionals, couples and families. The area offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We are fortunate to have a mini farm on the street offering fresh eggs and homemade goat cheese. Don't be surprised if you see deer grazing in the adjacent yard or simply roaming the street. Super friendly save neighborhood. All this yet only minutes to downtown and ideal location for weekend trips to the beach, Napa or Lake Tahoe.

What makes this property unique

Our home is within walking distance to California State University East Bay (CSUEB). It offers a fantastic place to get out and walk avoiding crowds. It's cool to have access to all that comes from having a State University in your own backyard. The area offers an abundance of wildlife. You might see deer meandering around the front and back yard or spot the many types of birds that reside in neighboring trees
