Overall, we had a good stay, but a few issues kept it from being a great one.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach. We also appreciated the laundry being in a separate utility room behind the garage, which kept the noise out of the house. The patio awning provided shade throughout the day and was a great place to relax. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small selection of beach gear available, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.Our biggest disappointment was that the bed sizes did not match the listing. The property was advertised as having two queen beds and one full bed, but it actually had one queen and two full beds. Unfortunately, the primary bedroom had a full-size bed, which was not comfortable for two adults. This should be corrected in the listing.The cleanliness also fell short of expectations. The house wasn’t filthy, but it was clear the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. There was dust on the floors, sand on the counters, and it didn’t appear furniture had been moved during cleaning. We wiped down the kitchen surfaces when we arrived, and the wipes came away much dirtier than expected.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation because of the location and responsive host, but improving the cleaning and updating the listing would make for a much better guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The pool was a fantastic bonus and was well maintained, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.One thing that really stood out was the excellent communication from the property manager. They kept us informed throughout our stay with timely text messages, making check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless and stress-free.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.
