The Space:

This Cozy Lake Tahoe Vacation Cabin has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is nestled in the woods of Agate Bay, arguably the best neighborhood in North Lake Tahoe! Agate Bay is centrally located to all ski resorts, stores and restaurants. Stateline casinos are only a five-minute drive. In the summertime you can hike, bike or have a day at the beach. Dog-friendly Patton Beach is a short walk and many trails leading to the Tahoe Rim Trail are nearby. Relax on the deck furniture and enjoy the Sierra sun!



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only).



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

A fabulous property. Spent time with the family and had plenty of room for all. Beautiful large deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. Would absolutely rent again.

Great place for family

We have our entire family: 2 parents, 4 adult children, and an aunt and her husband stay with rooms/beds for everyone. Great location! Only minor downside was that upstairs was cold (opposite of expected), but an electric heater that came with the rental was used to good effect.

This is a great house for families to gather. Walking distance to the rocky beach and a short drive to Tahoe City and Kings beach. We throughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. But you do need to be aware of bears. We had one get into our camper van. Mostly our fault for not checking to see if we locked the doors. We normally do, but this one time a bear took full advantage of the empty van.
