The apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The apartment has 2 queen size beds to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, range oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 42" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, side by side with Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (1.1 miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.8 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The building requires the use of a building key to gain access from the pool, beach any time and lobby after 11PM.

If you are planning a trip to DAB this is the place! As soon as you open the door you are hit with a fresh smell. Something you don't always get. Everything was great with the condo. You are on the 2nd floor and it's an easy ride up or take the stairs right across the hall. If you have kids Sun Splash park is next door. Park at the condo and walk with no parking fees. In fact it's less than a mile form the boardwalk. Really a nice nightly walk. The pool is large and clean. Another thing is the owner will reply to your questions quick. It's very important if you wind up with any questions during your stay. All in all I would recommend this one. Took my 2 Grandsons and Daughter in law.
