Welcome to your oceanfront oasis in Oceanside, CA! This stunning upper-level beachfront duplex offers breathtaking Pacific Ocean views from a private balcony—perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves, with beach access to the right or left of the house, this unit doesn't have direct access. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests with two king beds. Inside, enjoy a beautifully designed living space with vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, and comfortable furnishings. The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private balcony with a gas grill, central AC, complimentary beach towels, shared firepit area, private washer/dryer, and free parking for two vehicles.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Lovely Beach Retreat

The view is unforgettable at this property. Plenty of room on the balcony to sit and relax with family. Great picture windows to enjoy the view from the inside. The property was well stocked for cooking meals and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable.

Our time here was cut short by COVID19 but we are looking forward to getting back next year. Tastefully decorate and well equipped this home on the ocean is amazing. The sunsets.......to die for.

Family relaxation time

This has been our favorite property in Oceanside. It is the perfect set up for two couples. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen - felt like we were home - only with an incredible view. The side windows added so much. We saw dolphins and seals. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to get away. Had an issue with AC but both Donna & Craig kept in communication & fixed the issue. Despite being a little warm for a day or 2, we had a great stay.

Perfect family spot

This was our second year renting the same property, the view and the beach being right there tops anything that could be a negative. But there isn’t much negative, the master suite is huge and the kitchen is good.

Unparalleled Ocean Front Views

We were looking for a place right on the water to completely relax and decompress. This beautiful, spacious condo was ideal for 4 adults. The large top floor balcony is where we spent most of our time. Perfect getaway and appeared to be one of the best on the beach! We hope to return!

Lovely weekend relaxing and listening to the waves crash below. Perfect for 2 couples since there are 2bhyge master bedrooms and baths. Could use some TLC but we love it. We'll be back!

Oceanside Oasis

We had a wonderful summer vacation with two of our kids who are headed back to college. The property is perfect and the views simply cannot be beat. We walked the beach every morning, swam in the ocean, ate great food (lots of really good restaurants in the area), cooked smores at our firepit, and fell asleep to the roaring waves. Highly recommend!!
