This well-appointed home features 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, along with 2 bathrooms, creating a flexible layout ideal for families or groups. Inside, you'll find leather seating, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a relaxed open-concept design made for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step outside to a fully enclosed yard with a hot tub, gas grill, and inviting outdoor space for total relaxation. Beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels, are provided for easy coastal outings. Additional conveniences include streaming-ready entertainment (Netflix available), a Pack-N-Play for families, and a dog-friendly setup for traveling pets. Please note that there is no A/C fans provided for comfort. The garage is not available for guest use, but driveway parking is permitted (please do not block the sidewalk), with additional street parking available.

Location is great...one block from the beach and lovely La Jolla location. Dog friendly is great and appreciated. Hot tub needs help...needs cleaning and to be hotter. Otherwise, nice property, efficient layout, and as advertised. Thank you!

Great location, nice backyard and manager was very responsive to any text or requests. No closet in master bedroom. Found belt and beverage can under bed. Pair of sweats and t shirt in Chester drawer. Had issues with dishwasher. It would have been nice to have a welcome book with instructions on how to work everything.Overall it had a great location and you have to figure if it is pet friendly not going to have the finest amenities. Beds were very comfortable
