The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time: 10am All used towels place in shower or bathtub. Clean out all items from refrigerator. Wash dirty cups, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Run dishwasher before departure.
Trash Cans - please take out all trash to onsite trash bins. Close and lock all doors and windows. Set thermostat to 78 degrees.
Lock front door upon leaving. To lock: shut door and push the lock icon on the lower right corner - door deadbolt should lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
