You'll also find trout in nearby mountain lakes, rivers and streams. Just a short drive away, the Arkansas River features some of the country's best white-water rafting. For golfers, there is St. Andrews in Westcliffe. Winter sports can be enjoyed on miles of cross-country ski and snowmobile trails. Monarch ski area is located within a 1½ hour drive.
