Remodeled with a warm modern feel and tasteful furnishings this Three Kings townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable location. Nestled right on the Park City Golf Course, you'll enjoy peaceful views and a private, relaxing atmosphere year-round.
Open concept living area with plush seating, gas fireplace, and large 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. If you're working remotely take advantage of the desk with a view of the golf course.
Gourmet kitchen with induction stove top, stainless steel appliances, French-door fridge. This kitchen is fully equipped with Henckels cookware and Ninja blender. We have seating for 7 (4 at the dining table + 3 at the breakfast bar).
Washer/Dryer and Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi.
Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 5):
Primary Suite (Top Floor) – King bed, 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and Full bathroom with tub.
