The house is adorable and in a great location!

My family and I were privileged to see in the new year in this fabulous home in the Sapphire Valley Resort. The beautiful, expansive home is perfectly located in a quiet, gated residential area within walking distance to the Sapphire ski slope and recreation center. The driving range and pickleball courts are within view. There is so much to do no matter the season, and several good restaurants are located within a half mile.The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, nicely updated and was spotlessly clean. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out. Our members staying in the two bedrooms on the lowest level enjoyed feeling a bit separated from the rest of the group. This was by far the best equipped home of any place I have rented with plenty of towels, paper goods, and a super well equipped kitchen. Everything was in good working order.The owner, Dee, was always immediately responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Thank you Dee, for enabling my family to make great Sapphire Valley memories.

Perfect location near Cashiers and the Highlands. The property is comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the pool, golfing, and pickleball right on-site. Just down the road, we enjoyed kayaking at Fairfield Lake. We also rented a boat at Lake Glenville and pulled the tube. This was the perfect blend of solitude and activity. The beds are very comfortable and the hammock was great for reading! Easy check-in and out and a wonderful time for the whole family!

The cottage was comfortable and beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen. I feel like we barely got to see all the area has to offer.

We have been going to Sapphire for over 30 years and love the area. Our first time staying in the valley and not in a house for more mountain views or lake views, but we absolutely loved being in the valley. A quick 5 minutes to Ingles and the Farmers Market. Just a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week staying at the condo in Sapphire. It was very spacious and well-equipped. We had a couple of problems with the fireplace, and the property manager was extremely responsive - he came out twice during our week-long stay. Highly recommend this condo for a fun, relaxing stay in the beautiful mountains of NC.
