Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

No cleaning fee is charged up front. Guests must leave the unit as found: vacuumed, swept, with all appliances, dishes, bathrooms and surfaces cleaned. You may hire a professional cleaner if preferred

Linens & towels should be cleaned throughout your stay via the building washer/dryer. On your final day please strip the linens and towels for washing by the host.

For any tough stains during your stay please contact the host as soon as possible to work on a solution (i.e. there is a carpet cleaner available on site).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
