Welcome to the Grand Isle Lakehouse with hot tub! 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 3 floors await you. With a private beach and almost an acre of manicured lawn, this property is ideal for your next friends and family reunion. In the summer, swim or kayak off the dock, play lawn games, grill on the brand new Weber grill, and pour a cocktail on the screened in porch. In the winter, you have a ski resorts within an hour, can curl up by one of fireplaces, and end your day in a brand new saltwater hot tub overlooking Lake Champlain (open year round, of course) Welcome!
