You will be centrally located in the resort and steps away from the Fairway Dunes outdoor pool and tennis court.



This splendid two-story retreat enjoys a reverse floor plan with all three bedrooms located on the first floor and the main living area on the second floor. The open living space will be a favorite gathering spot for your whole group with a brand-new sectional sofa, a large TV, and a mini-fridge. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you will need for whipping up all those yummy snacks and meals. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Keurig and drip coffee makers. From here, you will have easy access to the lovely screened porch and deck, both featuring impressive views of the nearest golf course. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Additional perks include excellent WiFi for remote workers, an adjustable split king in the main bedroom, an on-site washer/dryer, allergy-friendly whole-house filter system, and memory foam mattresses in other bedrooms.

What a great place! Our family of 4 (kids aged 7 and 12) enjoyed a great stay here. Quiet setting for winding down and relaxing. Close proximity to the beach. Reasonable drive to the sights in Charleston. Comfortable beds. Clean house. Updated kitchen, baths and amenities. We had no issues during our stay. Pool and pickleball were right across the street.

We stayed recently at Isle of Palm in SC. What stood out was the accommodation, clean and had all accessories needed, and it fit out family of 6 adults and 2 children.I was not impressed with the hosts. It was difficult contacting them, phoned several times, sent texts, asking same question at least 3 times without answer.

Perfect location

Short walk to the beach. Super nice house and lots of amenities. My kids favorite was the basketball goal and pickleball courts literally in our front yard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat !

Overall, our stay was just right. There were numerous features that made this house a perfect stay, including easy access to a pool, tennis court, pickleball court, and the beach. Having everything labeled in the kitchen and throughout the home made it easy to use and put things away. A screened-in porch was a bonus. There was ample room for all of us.

Comfy and Beachy!

This property was exactly how it was described. A less than 10 minute walk to the beach was the best part! The house was well taken care of and clean. If you come, bring your own paper towels as only one roll was left. Also a PSA the can opener was broken. If you forgot any beach supplies, they had plenty in the garage to borrow. The screened in deck was our favorite spot to sit and drink coffee every morning. I would 100% rent this property again.

Condo was nice but could have had a few more items in kitchen, no spices, baggies, etc! Also air conditioning was no adjustable and condo was stuffy! Especially for night sleep! Door code was way too long and sometimes required several tries!
