Perfect couples or small family retreat! Newly renovated condo in central location on Isle of Palms. 204A Oceanside provides easy access to the Island's main strip including a variety of restaurants, live music, local shops, and the county park. Just a short walk to the beach and private fishing pier. Relax and swim at the community pool. Lounge with a cool beverage on your private second floor balcony.

The property has just been recently updated with all new furniture and fully renovated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and a space for dining. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs.

Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only a quick 5 minute drive to Mount Pleasant or 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston. These nearby locations offer great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, historic sites, and more!

BR 1: 1 King; BR 2: 1 Queen, 1 Full

No smoking. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with max of 2 parking passes provided. HOA prohibit pets. No elevator. Monthly Rentals available Jan - Mar. Must be 25 years or older to rent. On-call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

We enjoyed the location and the unit was nice. We had difficulty with gate code to get to the beach. Directions to enter were not clear.

Nice family get- away

Family friendly place. Relatively quiet but be aware that the noise from garbage pick-up is bright and early (6:30am). Prime location- close to the beach, shops, grocery store, etc. Beautiful beach! Charleston is only about 25 minutes away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at isle of Palm. This is so close to the beach and the pool! Only negative is the chair in the living room is very old and smelled dirty. Also the doors to the bathroom stick and had to have someone help get the door unstuck. Those are easy fixes though! Overall nicely decorated and clean!

This location was perfect for us as we explored living in Mount Pleasant. Access to beach was great and close to all we wanted to see. I would caution parents of young children, to be careful when they exit the individual buildings and the pool area. It is a tight squeeze for cars to pass through, and often children darted out unexpectedly.

Ok property. Our pool, beach, pier code didn’t work. We called but didn’t hear back until the next morning when we were checking out. Relatively clean. The bathroom tile floors need steam cleaned as they were quite stained. Only had a mini ironing board, full size would be better. NO washer and dryer. The rugs beside the bed were NOT non-slip and moved every time they were walked on. Good location. Would not stay an entire week.
