The Space:

An amazing oceanfront property awaits at this incredibly positioned home on the sandy shores of Folly Beach, offering views of the Folly Beach Pier and a prime location just six blocks from Center Street's beloved shops and restaurants.



This fantastic home features an open floor plan with plentiful windows that look out to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. There's something for everyone across the 3,742 square feet of living space, including gorgeous views, high-end finishes, free WiFi, an extensive cable package (with HBO and Starz), a private boardwalk to the beach, and an outdoor shower to welcome you back. The kitchen offers expansive counter space, stainless steel appliances, views of the ocean, and multiple coffee makers - a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig - to get each morning off to the right start. Enjoy meals with your family in the dining room or the sunny breakfast room, relax with a newspaper in the comfortable living room, and eventually head outside to the large deck to take a seat in a rocking chair and watch the waves roll in. At night, you'll find a main bedroom suite with an enormous private bathroom on the first floor and four more bedrooms upstairs.

Great location for our family gathering

Our family of 9 adults stayed very comfortably. The breakfast/dining area was very roomy so meals at the house were easily accommodated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Enjoyed having coffee on the Oceanside porch every morning. Highly recommend.

Our extended family of 9 (3 couples and 3 small children), had a wonderful stay at this property. The location cannot be beat; the beach clean and not too crowded; the interior rooms clean and really spacious;…but the big, shady beachside porch may be my favorite.

Loved Folly Beach

The house was great, easy walk or drive to town, spacious bedrooms and living area. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working, we were not made aware of the problem and discovered it after several days into the stay resulting in having to throw out some of our food.

Blue Waters

This was the second year we rented the house and it is truly a wonderful place. Clean, spacious, fantastic access to the beach. The only drawback is the location of the kitchen sink which is in a corner; this was a design flaw and not sure it could be fixed. Still, this house is as close to perfect as possible. We will be there again next year.

Great location! Nice, relaxed vibe and close enough to town to walk- it’s a nice walk along the beach. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms. As others have mentioned, the furnishings are dated. The kitchen was fine for the limited cooking we did, but the sink placement was really odd and it made cleanup a bit of a challenge. There are two doors out to the deck and both are tired and barely lock. To the credit of the owners they had a contractor visit to provide an estimate for door replacement (Aug 2025). The WiFi is spotty - on the deck I could see available WiFi from the neighboring houses, but not this house. Even though we had a really good stay at Folly, the value really wasn’t there with this house. On our next trip I’ll try to get a nicer updated house.

Great for a home base

It was perfect for us. We spent almost every day on the beach. When we weren't on it. We could see it. We moved about as small groups. Used it as a place to come back to. Great location, right on the beach. My 3 daughters, their families and I all had a great get away.

Very nice house, clean although a bit musty smelling at first. Great beach access. Walkable into town. Lots of bathrooms although I would have liked more towels in each bathroom. My biggest complaint is the number of messages I got with different info about codes for the door - good thing I had them all saved and could try them all!

Amazing and beautiful views!

As soon as you walk in, the full windows welcome you to beautiful Folly Beach. So much room inside the house and having 5 bathrooms for 10 of us was definitely a plus. We all had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. The only issues that have been mentioned before, are the stove knobs without temperature location and the corner sink could definitely use a longer faucet hose. Would definitely stay here again and thank you for sharing this perfect house!

Wonderful home

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with 2 daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren at Blue Waters. House was very clean, very spacious (pictures don’t do it justice) and had great beach access. It was very well equipped with spices, cleaning products, every pan you could want including a turkey roasting pan!, 2 blenders, toaster, etc. The only thing we didn’t like was the toilet tissue but we brought our own so we were good. The deck was delightful and much bigger than it appeared in the pictures. I highly recommend Blue Waters for your stay at Folly Beach.
