This was the perfect location! We had a wedding at the Wild Dunes Sweetgrass Inn, so it was easy to get back and forth. Easy walking access to the beach and pool. Calm and quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and gas stations.
We booked the unit for two couples which was perfect. Because of the layout, we had plenty of privacy. It was a great location in the resort - easy walking to what we wanted to do. Agree with another commenter that the floors had a bit of fine sand - hard to get them perfect at the beach! Very comfortable overall.A few suggestions: plastic cups to take outside (pool) and beach towels. It would be nice if you could choose a 4 digit door code after you check in. I have a door lock from the same company and that is a nice feature especially since your door lock is a bit finicky with 10 digits.
The home was clean and as described. Because of the wear and tear on the unit- floors- cabinets-fridge- they looked dirty. There are some issues with outlets in master. The bathroom shower of double room had intermittent hot water issues. But over all was a goo
House was clean but very beat up. Beds were warm out, ceiling fans sounds like they were going to fall down and only 5 minutes of hot water. Leasing company never responded about the hot water either. At the end of the day it’s fine, but know what you’re getting.
This property needs a MAJOR update. Everything down from the freight train fan, to the outlets that don’t hold a plug. Even the curtains would fall down when trying to open them because the cheap rod holding them up was too short. The one thing that was updated (the keyless entry door) broke and we were locked out at 9:00pm. I do have to say I called the Casago team and they got us a backup and inside right away. They said they would send somebody out to fix it, but no one ever showed up. We had to use a manual key the rest of the trip which was tricky because the door locks automatically so if you went outside without the key you were stuck. The kids complained about the water pressure in the shower. The two closest beach accesses were closed and have been closed for quite some time. There was still an access, just further away. Overall, we had a clean place to stay. Just wasn’t as enjoyable as I hoped for.
Perfect for a beach weekend getaway. Amazing access to resort amenities. The only issue encountered was tricky door code, but eventually got in every time.

Hala,
Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback on your recent stay with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation and would love to have you back as our guest in future!
This was an amazing, relaxing, and quiet place to say. It was exactly what me and my friend needed to just relax for the weekend, after a very busy couple months at work. It’s very quaint and we spent hours on the porch just staring at the small lagoon at the back of the property. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, and all the accommodations of the resort.
Very nice place had some leak spots in ceiling. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
As stated in other reviews, the condo could use some updating, but we were okay with that, because we were offered a fair price for the stay. The condo had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well appointed, which was much appreciated.Private note to the homeowner. We didn’t want to complain about anything, but even though the place was wiped down, linens spotless, the floors were awfully dirty. After the first day, of having to clean our feet before getting into bed, we wore our shoes. The vacuum in the closet did not pick up. The broom was so stiff, you couldn’t really sweep. If it had a swifter I would have been happy to use it.The lock on the front door may have needed new batteries. I had to contact the agency because we were on the deck for close to a half hour trying to get in. My husband had that code memorized, but it flashed red after the second number. After calling the agency and leaving a message, he tried one more time and got in. We used the key as suggested after that. The fan in the master could use some attention, it may need something tightened or oiled, it made a lot of noise when turned on. I could not use the deck in the master because the door was too hard to open, I had my husband open and close it.Maybe a little map in your book with the pathway or two to the beach would be nice. The first night we must have walked a half a mile on the main access. We saw the beach access, shortcuts in the next two days.
Enjoyed our stay. It was basic and clean. Great, fast communication with management. Only recommendations would be easier access to the pool key and keeping essentials (salt/pepper) in the kitchen.
The property is very clean and organized. Some of the furniture could be updated and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Nice to have a pool near by and the walk to the beach was very pleasant.

The check in was super easy. The location is super nice with a warm pool and beach access with a little walk. We rented a golf cart to get around the island easily, since this property is in the wild dunes you have to have a company with Wild Dunes permit, we used just beachy. But the place was clean, backed up to water were we seen an alligator. It was super nice. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Just right!
Condo was clean and quiet and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The little balcony off the bedroom was a bonus! Check in and out were a breeze. We were able to take a nice daily walk around the grounds. Clever set up that gives everyone space.
