The Space:

Conveniently located with the beach on one side of the property and one of the Wild Dunes golf courses on the other, this ocean facing Mariner's Walk villa promises an Isle of Palms vacation you'll always remember. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious screened porch, take long afternoon walks on the neighboring ocean beach, and cool off in the sparkling waters of the community's swimming pool. Recent additions include new twin beds (November 2023), and a new tankless water heater (installed December 2023).



This 1,064-square-foot condo is just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, so you'll never be far from swimming, sunbathing, and beautiful views of the shoreline. Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, both of which are in the immediate area, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west, and downtown Charleston - full of history and world-class cuisine - is 15 miles inland.

Trailer and motorcycle parking is not permitted.



**Notice: Sand renourishment work will be ongoing on the beach nearby from Mid-July through Mid-September. Beach is open but will have some construction areas and obstructions.

We really enjoyed our accommodations! The only difficulty we had was using the provided code to enter the condo! We were finally able to get the lock box for the keys open which enabled us to get into the condo!

Great couple of days with friends from NY at our favorite beachOnly negative feedback is we were not aware of what was supposed to be provided (as in dish soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc until the day we were headed to the Vrbo from Greenville area. So I packed everything

Beautiful place to stay!The third bathroom downstairs is definitely a game changer! Had stayed in one of the ocean side units previously but the view is mostly the dunes, we found the pool facing unit to actually have a more beautiful, peaceful view! Very very tropical! The screened in porch was very nice with a table for eating outdoors. The view from the master bedroom was spectacular! Best of both, the ocean and the beautiful pool area/walkway.2 very nice showers up stairs, and beds with crisp white linens! Beautiful hardwood floors on first level. Well appointed kitchen with very nice appliances and kitchen items.Lots of plates, flatware, glasses, cups etc.Very very quiet and very safe! Covered parking right outside and bicycles can be stored in a covered space near your front door. The walk to the beach is PERFECT! Very nice wooden walkways or an incredible walk through the dunes!!AND the BEACH! It’s the most incredible beach! The renourishment program has expanded the beach incredibly! The sandbar at low tide is always the high point! And the shells were everywhere! A shell lovers paradise for sure!We parked our vehicle on a Monday and never moved it till the next Sunday! It was the PERFECT restful, relaxing vacation!!! This unit and area does not disappoint!!!

Great little getaway

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to update the coffee maker to a kurig and have at least one recliner in living space. I highly recommend!

Everything was fine with the small exception of the door and lock to get into the place. Need to address that to make it much easier and shave the door down so that it doesnt stick. Could not tell when it was unlocked as the door stuck so badly due to the moisture swelling the door.
