The complex has a shared saltwater pool perfect for enjoying the sun with family and friends! Enjoy crabbing or fishing off the complex dock. Condo was close to beach area and not a bad drive to Charleston. Very peaceful and quiet. Needs a little updating but was spacious and worked for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property, within minutes of Folly Beach. Easy access to beach and to town for groceries & restaurants. Plenty of shops available to meet every need while on Folly Beach. Charleston is easily accessible from the condo, less than a half hour drive into downtown Charleston. The weather was near perfect for it being the first week of March. The condo was spacious and very clean. The carpet in the bedrooms was a dated and had some stains. We used the laundry facilities - full size washer and dryer. The three bedrooms were perfect, giving everyone some quiet time to themselves. Enjoyed the view of Folly River, especially when the sun was shining. We met a few of the full time residents and they were very nice, which added to our experience. We definitely would come back and stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality. Debbie

Folly Beach gem

Our condo overlooked the marsh and the Folly River and the view was amazing. We watched the tide each day and even a dolphin in the river. Its location just over the river from downtown Folly Beach made it is easy to head to the beach or grab a bit to eat.

Great Ladies Getaway!

We loved the convenience of the location! The short walk was nice to enjoy all of Folly Beach. The pool was quiet and relaxing. Watching the dolphins and fish off the deck was so peaceful. Having 3 bathrooms made everyone feel like they had their own space. We loved your convenience of the washer and dryer. Great Trip!!!

Wonderful views and location on Folly River

The condo location and views from the screened in porch were fantastic. I would rent here again if I return to Charleston. It was close to everything and easy trip to downtown.

Excellent location with a bathroom per bedroom. Very clean. Superb balcony views of the river. Such convenience to restaurants and local attractions.
